Weight Control Center website is very outdated, not responsive. The functionality of center listing and appointment booking is not intuitive.
The Challenge
- The center locations listing is not intuitive, it doesn't allow the user to search for center locations near them
- The company does not have a software to handle online appointment booking.
The Insights
Based on the user research through personal interviews and an online survey with, customers, counselors and franchise owners, below are the users pain-points:
- Users can't search for a weight control center location near them, They have to browse through location listing by state
- The site is not optimized for a mobile experience
- The franchise owners want the lead capture to integrate with their system not funnel to a corporate system
- A counselor at a corporate center find it challenging to manage appointment request
